How the Protocol Refer a Friend Scheme Works
Referring someone is simple, quick, and takes less than a minute.
You’ll receive your bonus once your referred friend:
- Completes 25 days (187.5 hours) of work within 3 months, OR
- Secures a permanent role and successfully passes probation
It’s that straightforward.*
Referral Bonus Amounts
- £200 for referring Teaching or Management Staff
- £150 for referring Support or Non‑Academic Staff
