ESOL Lecturer - Doncaster College 2 Roles Available | Immediate Start | Temporary We are currently recruiting two ESOL Lecturers to join Doncaster College on a temporary basis, covering long‑term sickness . These roles are to start ASAP and are expected to run until the end of June . Available Positions Post 1: 30 hours per week Monday to Thursday, 08:30-17:00 Post 2: 20-24 hours per week Monday to Thursday, 08:30-13:30 Some evening delivery will be required as part of the role. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging ESOL lessons to adult learners Plan and prepare inclusive, learner‑focused sessions Assess learner progress and maintain accurate records Support learners to develop English skills for daily life, work, and further learning Work collaboratively with college staff to ensure a positive learner experience Requirements Qualified ESOL Lecturer or equivalent teaching experience Experience teaching adult ESOL learners Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to work flexibly and commit to the duration of the assignment Pay Rate £23-£25 per hour , depending on experience If you are an experienced ESOL Lecturer available immediately and looking for a short‑term opportunity within a college environment, we would love to hear from you. Cleaner 15 hours per week - fixed term contract for 3 months.
