Hourly paid - £25 - £27 per hour

Within this position you will be working within a Further Education College in the practical kitchen and dining area. You will be teaching level 2 and 3 advanced skills for the larder and patisserie.

Have you got what it takes?

  • A level 3 or above culinary qualification
  • A teaching qualification
  • Experience working in a 4 star or above hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of City and Guilds Food Qualification
  • Ability to run a busy kitchen service including Al A Cart dining, Banquet skills and the theoretical knowledge of fine dining
  • Ability to run kitchen service for 50 - 60 guests
