About the role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship‑driven Learner Attraction & Partnership Manager to help grow participation in our learning programmes across South Yorkshire. This is a key role focused on developing, sustaining, and maximising local referral partnerships that support learners to access education, build skills, and progress to positive outcomes, including employment.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will lead learner attraction activity, respond to emerging contractual needs, and represent the organisation within local stakeholder networks.
What you'll be doing
  • Develop, sustain and grow strong local referral partnerships aligned to contractual requirements
  • Proactively identify and build new partnership opportunities
  • Act as the main contact for partner organisations, promoting our learning provision and enrolment pathways
  • Lead learner attraction activity using your local knowledge, networks and relationships
  • Organise and attend enrolment events and partner‑based activities
  • Work collaboratively with enrolment, onboarding and teaching teams to meet contractual inputs and outcomes
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and events to understand local priorities and shape future delivery
  • Build referral networks that support learners' progression, including routes into employment
  • Manage and mitigate reputational risk with partners
What we're looking for
Experience & knowledge
  • Proven experience of building and managing local partnerships and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience of promoting services or opportunities to partners or end users
  • Confidence supporting learners through an enrolment or engagement journey
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across a dispersed geography
