The Protocol Group is seeking experienced and motivated Lecturers in Bricklaying, plumbing, electircal installations, carpentry and Multiskills to join the team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with strong industry knowledge and teaching expertise to support learners in developing their practical skills and progressing towards their qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high‑quality teaching to FE learners.
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons, coursework and practical sessions.
  • Support learners to achieve their qualifications and progression goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and learner progress.
  • Contribute to course development and ensure delivery meets awarding body standards.
  • Promote safe working practices and maintain a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Teaching experience.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, AET/DET).
  • IQA qualification (preferred)
  • Strong industry background within construction trades.
  • Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
