About the Role

Are you passionate about Data and Artificial Intelligence and ready to help shape the next generation of digital talent?

We are seeking a Programme Tutor Assessor (Data & AI) to deliver engaging, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of programmes. This flexible role offers a mix of on-site delivery (Hull/Grimsby), hybrid, and online teaching.

Whether you're an experienced tutor or an industry professional looking to move into education, full training and support can be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging teaching, learning, and assessment (face-to-face, hybrid, and online)
  • Support learners through 1:1 and group sessions
  • Monitor learner progress, set targets, and provide effective feedback
  • Maintain accurate records in line with quality and funding requirements
  • Develop innovative teaching materials and digital resources
  • Engage with employers to support learner development and reviews
  • Support learner recruitment and caseload management
  • Contribute to quality assurance, audits, and inspections

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Industry experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Technologies
  • Knowledge of:
    • Data analysis, visualisation, and interpretation
    • Data quality, cleansing, and validation
    • AI concepts, automation, and emerging technologies
    • GDPR and ethical data use
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for supporting learners

Desirable (not essential):

  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, Level 5 Diploma in Education)
  • Assessor qualification (CAVA / A1 or equivalent)
  • Experience in apprenticeships or training environments
  • Knowledge of tools like Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, or low-code platforms
