Terms and Conditions Relating to the Introduction and/or Supply of Temporary Workers 

The following terms and conditions apply to the Introduction and/or supply for Assignments of workers by AWS Education Limited (company number 16524659), registered office 33 Soho Square, London W1D 3QU (trading as “Protocol”). 

These terms and conditions apply to all Introductions made and Contracts agreed after the date on which the Client receives a copy of them. Subject to clause 24.1 below, no variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid  unless agreed in writing by authorised officers of both Protocol and the Client.
