SEN Teachers & Tutors - Talent Pool (Sheffield Area)
We are currently building a talent pool of experienced SEN Teachers and Tutors to support upcoming and ongoing work within Educational settings across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and would like to be considered for future tutoring and support assignments as they become available.
About the Role
  • Providing 1:1 or small-group tuition
  • Supporting learners with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
  • Teaching may take place in the home, a community setting, school, or online
  • Flexible assignments tailored to your experience, availability, and location
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from:
  • Qualified Teachers (QTS / QTLS / PGCE)
  • Experienced SEN Tutors
  • Professionals with a strong background in alternative provision or SEN education
Compliance Requirements (Landmark-Aligned)
To join the pool, candidates must be able to provide:
  • An enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service or willing to apply)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Two references (professional and/or character, depending on circumstances)
  • A full CV with explained employment gaps
  • Completion of safeguarding and compliance checks as required
