Support Worker (Full-Time)

FE College | Wirral

We are recruiting caring and reliable Support Workers to join an t FE College in the Wirral.

Working closely with students with additional learning needs, you will provide classroom support and help learners develop their independence, confidence, and life skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting with manual handling and mobility needs
  • Encouraging independence and participation in learning
  • Working closely with teaching and support staff

About You:

  • Caring, patient, and positive in your approach
  • Comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support
  • Able to build positive relationships with young people
  • Previous care, support work, education, or SEN experience is desirable but not essential
