The Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Further Education team. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will manage both client relationships and candidate delivery, specialising in placing professionals within colleges and training providers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business within the Further Education sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your desk and achieve revenue targets

Client Management

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, offering market insight and recruitment expertise
  • Manage job briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of role requirements and timelines
  • Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships

Candidate Sourcing & Management

  • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, databases, networking, and social media
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and compliance checks
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment life cycle
  • Provide guidance on CVs, interviews, and career progression

Delivery & Process Management

  • Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and on boarding
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards

Market & Sector Knowledge

  • Stay informed on Further Education trends, funding changes, and skills demands
  • Position yourself as a knowledgeable specialist within your market
