We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join our successful Further Education (FE) College in Stamford. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop learners studying Business programmes, helping them gain the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for further study and employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of Business subjects.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning activities in line with curriculum requirements.
• Support learner achievement, progression and employability.
• Monitor attendance, performance and student welfare.
• Provide timely feedback and assessment of student work.
• Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement activities.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance or a related subject.
• Previous teaching, training or industry experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
