A leading Further Education College in Rotherham is seeking a Lecturer in Inclusive Curriculum (FLEX, PBL & Engage) to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract.

This rewarding opportunity involves delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programmes to students with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities, and support needs. You will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment that enables learners to develop academically, socially, and personally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Inclusive Curriculum programmes, including FLEX, PBL and Engage pathways.
• Plan and adapt learning activities to meet individual learner needs.
• Support learners with SEND and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Monitor learner progress and implement appropriate interventions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum and support teams to promote successful learner outcomes

Essential Requirements

• A recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching or training within a relevant curriculum area.
• Proven experience supporting learners with SEND and EHCPs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and learner-centred approach to teaching.
