Job Title: Cooking Lecturer (Non Advanced)

Location: Aberdeen City Campus

Salary: £22.26 p/h + Statutory Holiday Pay

The Protocol Group are delighted to partner with North East Scotland College (NESCOL) to recruit a Cooking Lecturer to work (approx 6-8 hours per week, possible more) within the Aberdeen City Campus.

Role responsibilities

  • Prepare & Deliver lessons for hospitality students
  • Provide constructive feedback to develop their knowledge and understanding of the kitchen environment
  • Ensure attendances are recorded accurately using college systems
  • Maintain progress and results on online systems

Qualifications required

* Professional Chef qualification or equivalent
