Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging training and coaching across Business Administration and Customer Service programmes. Support and mentor learners throughout their learning journey. Conduct assessments and reviews to monitor learner progress and achievement. Provide constructive and personalised feedback to support development. Work closely with employers to ensure learning is relevant to workplace requirements. Maintain accurate learner records and meet quality and compliance standards. Encourage and motivate learners to achieve their full potential. Promote a positive learning environment that supports individual success. We are seeking candidates with experience in Business Administration, Customer Service, Office Management, Business Support, Operations or a related sector. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of: Knowledge & Industry Expertise Business Administration and Customer Service principles and best practices. Organisational structures, business functions and how departments contribute to overall business objectives. Building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, suppliers and partner organisations. Data protection, health & safety, compliance and other regulations relevant to business operations. Business processes, continuous improvement and solutions-based approaches to improving organisational performance. Managing change, business finances and project management principles. Administrative processes including invoicing, purchase orders, billing and record management. Market, economic and regulatory factors that can impact business operations. Skills & Experience Experience using a range of IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications, databases and CRM systems. Ability to analyse data and present information clearly through reports, presentations and business documentation. Strong written communication skills, including drafting correspondence, reports, emails and business proposals. Experience maintaining accurate records whilst handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Excellent coaching, mentoring and learner support skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions. Ability to influence and build positive working relationships with employers, colleagues and learners. Excellent communication skills across face-to-face, telephone, written and digital channels. Experience using digital platforms and social media appropriately within a business environment. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Experience organising meetings, producing minutes and managing business logistics where required. Understanding of project management principles, including planning, monitoring and reporting on activities and outcomes. Ability to identify process improvements and share best practice with others. Essential Requirements Experience within Business Administration, Customer Service, Administration Management or a related field. Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills. Confidence working with both learners and employers. Commitment to delivering outstanding learner outcomes. Passion for developing others and supporting career progression. Desirable Qualifications Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, CET, DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent). Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1 or equivalent). Experience delivering apprenticeships or vocational qualifications in Business Administration and/or Customer Service. Experience supporting learners through End Point Assessment preparation.
