Horticulture/ Plant Science Assessor Full time - Permanent £29,455 - £32,515 per annum FE College in Rotherham Passionate about horticulture and developing future talent? We're looking for a Horticulture and Plant Science Trainer & Assessor to deliver engaging training across our plant science provision, supporting students, apprentices, and adult learners to achieve their goals. What you'll do: Deliver practical and classroom-based horticulture and plant science training. Assess and support learners on study programmes and apprenticeships. Maintain growing areas, planting spaces, and polytunnels. Support commercial activities, including plant production and sales. Build relationships with employers and industry partners. What we're looking for: Industry experience in horticulture or plant science. Teaching, training, or assessing experience. Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent).
