Hart Learning & Development is looking for a passionate and motivated Employability Tutor to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced tutor, a teacher looking for a new challenge, or a professional with strong employability, training or coaching experience looking to move into education, we'd love to hear from you.
You do not need to hold a teaching qualification to apply. If you have the right skills, enthusiasm and commitment to supporting people into work, we will support your development.
This rewarding role involves delivering short employability and digital skills programmes to unemployed adults across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, helping learners develop the confidence, knowledge and practical skills they need to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further learning.
This is far more than a teaching position. It's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives and support learners in overcoming barriers to achieve their goals.

As an Employability Tutor, you will:
