Protocol are working closely with a Further Education College in Cambridge in their search for experienced Learning Support Assistants to work with students aged 16 - 18 years across a range of educational provisions in the college in the New Academic Year.

The role;
You will be working within the colleges support departments and providing cross curriculum support to learners during their time in education. This role will be working in class, in small groups and on a one to one basis ensuring learners are achieving their potential during their time in the college.

The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals that have experience providing learner support or supporting individuals in an educational capacity. This person will be upbeat, personable and motivational in order to inspire students across curriculum areas and drive them to achieve their potential whilst in education.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Experience working within a support capacity in an educational setting
  • Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
  • An upbeat attitude and approach to work and support
  • The ability to educate and inspire learners aged 16 - 18 years.
