These positions will be working within a Further Education College in Birmingham with learners aged 16 - 19 years on their T Level and BTEC courses.
Role one - Digital Support and Cyber Security Lecturer
This college is one of the first in the UK to offer the new T-level qualification, which combines learning in the classroom with gaining vital 'on-the-job' experience. This course will teach the essentials of all digital roles, giving an understanding of data and digital systems, how software and business interact, security, testing, planning and legal issues. This will also be allowing students to explore a specialist field, including digital infrastructure, network cabling or digital support.
Role two - Digital Data Analytics Lecturer
This college is one of the first in the UK to offer the new T-level qualification, which combines learning in the classroom with gaining vital 'on-the-job' experience. On this course, you will teach the essentials of digital roles by understanding data and digital systems, how software and business interact, as well as security, testing, planning and legal issues. You will also develop learners with specialist skills as a data technician, understanding how to source, analyse and interpret data to support business needs.
