Key Responsibilities Support students with a variety of learning needs within classroom environments. Provide one-to-one and small group support to learners. Assist students in developing independence, confidence, and study skills. Work closely with teaching staff to implement learning support strategies. Encourage student engagement and participation in lessons and activities. Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Support students with additional needs, including SEND, where required. What We're Looking For Experience working with young people or adults in an educational, support, care, or mentoring role is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach. Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
