Cabin Crew Lecturer
West Yorkshire based FE College
Timetable - 22.5 hrs over Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Temporary until June 2027

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Cabin Crew Lecturer to join a Further Education College on a temporary, long-term basis. As a Cabin Crew Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to learners pursuing qualifications within Aviation and Cabin Crew. You will support students in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for a career within the airline industry, while helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Cabin Crew and Aviation-related lessons to learners.
  • Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and learning resources.
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Assess learners' work in line with awarding body requirements.
  • Support and motivate learners to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Requirements

  • Previous industry experience within Cabin Crew, Aviation or a related sector.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
  • Experience delivering training, teaching or coaching is desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds.
  • Hold a DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one.
